Sales Manager (South of Poland)

2020 was a successful year for Peikko due to our exceptional culture, ambitions, and actions. We are now raising a bar even higher for our ambitious growth and are investing in our sales forces by hiring 50 new colleagues to our local sales teams in more than 20 countries during 2021.

Hence, to strengthen our sales team in Poland, we are looking for a
Sales Manager (South of Poland)

What is this job all about?

• Sourcing and meeting potential customers such as architects, structural designers, developers, general contractors and pre-cast plants,
• Presentations of Peikko solutions to customers,
• Identifying customers’ needs to be able to provide Peikko’s technical solutions,
• Preparing and negotiations of sales offers,
• Cooperation with internal Peikko engineers, product managers and production units (factories in Europe) in order to ensure smooth service to customers,
• Support for structural designers in the scope related to Peikko products, e.g. designing punching system reinforcement, column connections, DELTABEAM^® using Peikko’s own software,
• Provide training for structural designers on Peikko solutions.
  
  

What skills and qualities are we looking for?

• Engineering background, education related to construction/civil engineering,
• Sales and/or project management experience in construction field,
• Experience in steel, cast-in-situ or pre-cast structures would be a big advantage,
• Systematic and patient approach to the sales process,
• Proactive person with the ability to work independently and good cooperation skills,
• Fluent Polish and English,
• Ability to have frequent business trips.
