DELTABEAM® Composite Beams from Peikko were used in the 3,000 square meter competence center of Swissbiomechanics AG. These were combined with hollow core slabs. With DELTABEAM®, the complex floor plan, which was not always rectangular and provides an interesting interior design, was no problem.
Because of the ground, a lightweight construction method was needed to reduce the cost of the foundation. As in the city of Venice, this multi-storey office building also stands on wooden piles. A well-tried system meets innovation DELTABEAM®.
