Whole building will be controlled by an automated control system that will select the most suitable microclimate for employees, use renewable energy sources, low-cost LED lighting, and will automatically control office costs. The project is also distinguished by the fact that it is implemented simultaneously destroying the unfinished construction of the hotel on the site and concrete waste obtained during demolition is partially used for the construction of new business center.
The business center Magnum will be made up of two office buildings (12 and 8 storeys), which will be interconnected with commercial premises located on the lower floors. There will be will formed terraces, a bicycle parking area with showers and changing rooms, underground and street-level parking.
As concrete casting joints there were used TS Joint Reinformement system and in order to reduce the thickness of slabs PSB® Punching Reinforcing system was chosen witch is simple and reliable solutions against punching shear failure.
